Description

This solicitation is for the procurement of part numbered items manufactured by Aeroquip Corporation (01276). All NSNs are available for download under the "Acquisitions Downloads" menu item on DSCC Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS)under subject heading "DSCC Corporate Contract Solicitations". Access is directly available by accessing http://dibbs.dscccols.com Access is also available via the World Wide Web (WWW) at http://www.dscc.dla.mil/programs/corporatecontracts/cc.asp. There is the potential for multiple awards. Each NSN will be evaluated separately. The solicitation will not be available until/or after 29 Sep. 2000. NOTE: The contract specialist will NOT be able to provide copies of the solicitation. It is for a one year Indefinite Quantity Contract and contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government, not to exceed four additional years. The FSCs included under this solicitation include: 1450, 2530, 2590, 4210, 4320, 4440, 4540, 4710, 4720, 4730, 4820, 4940, 5305, 5310, 5315, 5330, 5331, 5340, 5360, 5420, 5935, 5945 and 9330. Specifications and drawings are available on a limited number of NSNs. Copies of these drawings may be requested through DSCC-VTCD: phone (614)692-2344 or FAX (614)692-2998. Destinations include various Dept. of Defense using activities and may include DSCC stock points. The requested delivery is 30 days ADO. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award may be based on a combination of price, proposed delivery, past performance and surge capability as described in this solicitation under Section "M". All responsible sources may submit an offer, which if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. Note number 9 applies to a limited number of NSNs. See note number 26.
