Description

It is the Government's intent to acquire on a sole-source basis BAT/BAT P3I LEEFI characterization testing for a period of two weeks. Testing will consist of Varicomp Dent Output Discrimination Tests, WIM Barefoot Tests, Penalty Tests and Critical PIC Diameter Tests. Sole-Sourse to: Reynolds Systems, Inc., P.O.
