Description

SERVICES, NONPERSONAL. SOFTWARE, "ADAM". Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska intends to issue a sole-source purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Ecologic Systems, Inc., of Oakland, CA for the acquisition of computer software, entitled "ADAM, Asbestos and Lead-Based Paint Management Software". A market survey was conducted by Civil Engineering and no other manufacturers were found that provide this product to the commercial market and that meets the operational requirements of the using activity. Ecologic Systems is the only known source to provide this type of product. The program is a component/upgrade to an established, standard software for Offutt AFB. The work to be awarded under this purchase order is to upgrade existing PCV3 software. This is not a request for quotations, or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Request for copies of a solicitation in response hereto will not be honored or acknowledged. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this publication.
