- The Defense Supply Center Richmond itends to issue a purchase order to Honeywell, Inc. to provide continued maintenance service for an existing Honeywell Alarm System. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a Justification For Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) has been certified, justified and approved for Honeywell Inc. This requirement will be accomplished through the Simplified Acquisition rules under FAR 13 effective January 1, 2000. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation is available. The closing date is September 20, 2000.
