Description

This procurement is to provide Commercial Facilities Management Services at the National Building Museum, 401 F St, NW, Washington, DC. The Contractor will provide management, administrative, and technical support for the accomplishment of the following services: facilities management, operation and maintenance of mechanical/electrical equipment, architectural/structural and sustaining maintenance/repair, janitorial service, and reimbursable services. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is 8744. The initial contract period is for one (1) year and the U.S. Government shall have the unilateral option to extend services for four (4) additional consecutive periods of one (1) year each. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically on/or about Sept. 21, 2000. Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://www.eps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file. There will be no bidder list for this procurement. The Bid Opening is scheduled for November 15, 2000. Services under the anticipated awarded contract is scheduled to start on/or about April 1, 2001. No bonding is required for the acquisition.
