Description

The Oklahoma City Area Indian Health Services intends to negotiate and award on a sole-source basis with the Indian Health Care Resource Center of Tulsa, Inc., under the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47 and Title V (25 U.S.C. 1651) as amended -- Health Services for Urban Indians, Section 503, to provide Outpatient Medical, Dental and Preventive Behavioral Health Services for Native American Indians residing in the Tulsa, Oklahoma metropolitan area for the period 10/01/00 through 09/30/01. See Note 22.
