Description

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA)/Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMSCA) plans to issue a modification to Booth Associates to continue to plan and facilitate meetings for FMSCA Management Officials. These meetings will evaluate the motor carrier safety issues, develop recommended strategies, assess alternate strategies and develop a draft agency strategy. Booth Associates has had extensive and significant involvement in the design, facilitation and communication of the department and agency_s strategic and business planning process. In order for these meetings to be successful, it is vital that Booth Associates continue to provide facilitation services for these meetings because of their existing involvement, extensive experience and invaluable knowledge with the mission of the agency. Because Booth Associates is currently facilitating the FMCSA meetings and possess an invaluable amount of knowledge related to the mission of the agency, they are the only available source that can successfully complete the facilitation services. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date is September 13, 2000.
