Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a sole source modification for Phase II software development to Mitretek Systems McLean , VA. This requirement is for engineering survey to identify available commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software development tool kits which assist in the enabling of applications to utilize the services of the DOD Class 3 Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW Far 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2302 (c) (1) and is solely at the discretion of the Government.
