Description

The Library of Congress intends to issue delivery orders against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement to renew subscriptions with Information Handling Service (PN) for the continued use and access of their database system by the following FEDLINK members: IHCH, IHMP. Information Handling Service provides online and fixed media services covering federal personnel, procurement, EPA, and OSHA regulations. IHS provides a complete line of electronic products for federal personnel (PERSONNET), and procurement (Government Acquisition Regulations), and regulatory (EPA and OSHA) documents. Service will be continued through September 30, 2001. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. No telephone calls will be accepted. WRITTEN RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE PRICES AND TECHNICAL DATA SUFFICIENT TO DETERMINE CAPABILITY. No award will be based on any offer or proposal received in response to this notice. (See Note 22).
