The Library of Congress intends to issue delivery orders against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement to renew subscriptions with ISI Document Solution for the continued use of their services by the following FEDLINK member: HNTV. ISI Document Solution is a complete document delivery service, providing "one-stop shopping" for full-text retrieval. ISI Document Solution builds on over 40 years of service, providing a consistent, comprehensive, high quality document delivery service. As a full-service provider, ISI Document Solution (IDS) can deliver virtually any publicly available document- including but not limited to, journal articles, patents, conference proceedings, book chapters, government reports and more. Convenient ordering options include the Web, e-mail, fax, telephone, mail or through online vendors such as DIALOG, STN, OCLC, DIMIDI and DATASTAR. All orders are processed within 24 hours or upon special request and payment of a rush surcharge, can be delivered within as few as 30 minutes. Delivery is by fax, courier or traditional mail service. Service will be continued through September 30, 2001. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. No telephone calls will be accepted. WRITTEN RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE PRICES AND TECHNICAL DATA SUFFICIENT TO DETERMINE CAPABILITY. No award will be based on any offer or proposal received in response to this notice. (See Note 22).
