Description

The National Park Service at Steamtown National Historic Site intends to award a sole soure firm fixed price service contract under FAR 6.302 to Siemens Building Technologies, Inc., Landis Division. This contract will provide maintenance and technical support for the Siemens automated temperature control systems for the heating, ventillation and air conditioning in seven park visitor use buildings. Based on market research, Siemens is the only known vendor capable of providing updates, maintenance and technical support of the Siemens INSIGHT software program and all related hardware and fixtures. As a result of responses received to this synopsis, the contracting officer may determine that an RFP will be issued. No further synopsis will be published, as only those responding will be issued the RFP.
