Description

It is the Fish & Wildlife Service intent to award a single-source procurement to ABR, Inc. from Forest Grove, Oregon for radar-based inventory of Newell's Shearwaters and Dark-rumped Petrels on the islands of Maui, Kauai, and Hawaii.
