Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the direct conversion of the Air Operatoins Squadron, Aircraft Delivery Flight, Delivery Control Center, Langley AFB Va. This acquisition is a cost comparison that is being conducted in accordance with the Air Force Commercial Activities Program Instruction that implements the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-76, Performance of Commercial Activities. This is a 100% 8a Set-aside, Standard Industry Code and small business size is SIC 8744/$5.0Million. The combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation document subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the RFP. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and the solicitation with attachments have been uploaded as a separate document on the Fed Bix Opps web site.
