The Bureau of Reclamation has a Commercial Item requirement under solicitation No. 00-SQ-34-0274 to excavate, process, weigh, load, haul and stockpile 1" to 4" minus, gravel base, and riprap material. This award is Subject to Availability of Funds in Fiscal Year 2000. Funds are not presently available for this work, if funds become available an award will be made before October 1, 2000. The work to be performed under this solicitation is near Ehrenberg, La Paz County, Arizona. The material source is the Ehrenberg Quarry in Arizona. The two stockpiles are located 8.7 and 13.4 miles south of the quarry in La Paz County, Arizona. For this acquisition, the Standard Industrial Classification code is 4213 and the Small Business Size Standard is $18.5 million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set Aside.
