W -- Lease or Rental of equipment, N.E.C./Portable Tolilets This request for quotation (RFQ)is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is WM4C1C-0001-NC01 and issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; porposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The services being requested are: Clin 0001 Eight; (8) each, portable latrines for the period of 1 Oct 2000 thru 30 sept 2001. Clin 0002; Sixteen (16) each, seasonal portable latrines for the period 1 Apr 2001 thru 30 Sept 2001. Clin 0003; One (1) each, seasonal portable latrine for the period 1 Oct 2000 thru 30 Nov 2000. Clin 0004; one (1) each, handicap portable latrine for the period 1 Oct 2000 thru 30 Sept 2001. Clin 0005; Two (2) each, seasonal handicap portable latrine for the period 1 Apr 2001 thru 30 Sept 2001. Clin 0006; Additional portable latrines for special events as required on a weekly basis. Clin 0007; Additional handicap portable latrine for special events as. Clin 0008; Additional cleaning as requested (quantitiy is estimated). Clin 0009; Relocation of latrines as needed (one time charge). STATEMENT OF WORK FOR RENTAL OF PORTABLE LATRINES: Description of Services: Rental of units will include delivery to the stipulated site, set up for operation, periodic services as ordered, and subsequence removal from premises. Unless otherwise specified by the Contracting Officer, units will be placed "on-site" or removed from "on-site" locations within 24 hours. The Contracting Officer or his designated representative will designate the specific site to assure that units are stabilized and easily assessable. Performance period is to be 01 Oct 2000 to 30 sept 2001 with four (4) option periods. A firm fixed price contract. This is a all or none request. The solicitation documents and incorportated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15. The standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 7359, Equipment Rental and Leasing, N.E.C. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small business with small business volume of $5.0 million dollars or less. Delivery of service will be FOB destination with delivery to Ft. Monroe, Virginia 23651.
