Description

This is notice of intent to award on a sole-source basis for the commercial items in accordance to FAR Part 12 procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This annoncement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7521 and the small business size is $5 million. The U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) intends to contract with Network Parking 1701 Callowhill Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 for the lease of twenty-two (22) secured parking spaces for Official Government Vehicles (GOV's). The contractor shall provide a facility within a three (3) block radius of USINS District Office located at 1600 Callowhill Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The contractor shall provide a facility that is enclosed and secure. This contract is for services, which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Network Parking under authority 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 unless additional sources are located. This notice is for Total Small Business Set-Aside. All respondents will be considered by this agency. This requirement is being solicitated on a sole-source basis.
