Description
The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) for the District of Columbia, under the authority of the US Government, seeks Letters of Interest for two single building(s) or suitable office space with separate ground level access located within or in close proximity to the following delineated boundaries: Requirement #1: Beginning at North Capitol St. and Florida Ave., NE to West Virginia Ave., NE to Mount Olivet Rd., NE to 17th St., NE to M St., NE to 21st St., NE to Benning Rd., NE to Oklahoma, NE to Constitution Ave., NE to 19th St., NE to East Capitol St. to 13th St., NE to H St..; and North Capitol St.. Requirement #2: Beginning at 34th St.., NE and Benning Rd., NE to Foote St.., NE to Anacostia Ave., NE to Hayes St., NE to Kennilworth Terr., NE to Mayfair Terr., NE to Kenilworth Ave., NE to Eastern Ave. to Southern Ave., to Ridge Rd., SE to Ely Pl. SE; and 34th St., SE to 34th St., NE. Other terms: At least 6,000 rsf on the ground floor; 10-40 parking spaces; a 10 year term; and occupancy beginning in early to mid 2001. Lease procurement will follow standard GSA contracting procedures.
