Description

Non-personal Services: Furnish all plant, labor, material, supplies, equipment, and transportation to remove 120 50X60 horizontal slider windows from Bldg Nos 13400 and 13403 (60 each building) and remove debris from site. Replace with 120 50X60 new bronze aluminum framed retrofit windows with dual glaze, clear annealed glass, screens and no grids. Room contents must be protected in case of inclement weather. Provide normal commercial warranty for all opening/closing/locking mechanisms of windows. Contractor will be escorted at all times while working in or around dormitory rooms. This acquisition is restricted to participation by Small Business firms only. The SIC/NAICS code is 1522/23332. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
