Description

The presolicitation CBD Notice for this project, which was published on August 28,2000, is modified as follows: This solicitation is no longer set aside 100% for small business concerns. The solicitation is now unrestricted. The standard industrial classifiction code for this project is 3561 and 500 employees. This solicitation is for commercial items and will be prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation package will be issued as a request for quotation. There are no other changes to the rest of the initial Notice.
