Description

The Naval Air Systems Command, Naval Air Warfare Center-Aircraft Division intends to procure 2 R-2333/ARR-84 Sonar Receivers for the SH-60B Training Program, with 1 option for purchase of 2 each Receivers. This solicitation will be issued approximately 15 September 00, to Flightline Electronics, 7525 County Road 42, Post Office Box 750, Fishers, New York, 14453-0750. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a), and under an approved Justification and Approval. SIC Code 3812 applies. A firm fixed price contract with a fixed price option is anticipated. The Navy intends to release the Request for Proposal via Internet. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
