Description

This is a sole source procurement for MCB Camp Pendleton, CA. The Marine Corps intends to procure a sole source contract with DNE Technologies for supplies. The contract will consist of (1) AN/FCC-100(V)8; p/n 97010108-103, 1 ea. (2) CDI/NRX Aggregate Carrier; p/n 85970030-004, 1 ea. (3) High Speed CDI Driver; p/n 85970130-058 1 ea. (4) Port Carrier; p/n 848903500-005, 5 ea. (5) Sync Card; p/n 84890540, 5 ea. (6) Balanced Terminator; p/n 84890630-000, 5 ea. (7) Dual High Speed CDI Port; p/n 85970070-000, 1 ea. (8) Connectorized Panel Assembly; p/n 21000937-000, 1 ea. (9) RS422/423 NRZ Aggregate Driver; p/n 85090180-000, 1 ea. 10)Single Enclosure; p/n 21000947, 1 ea. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. No solicitation is available. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, The Government will consider all proposals received within five (3) days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Proposals are due by 12:00 PM (PST) on 15 September 2000 and may be sent by mail .
