Description

The National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute intends to purchase a Fiber Optic Gating System and components manufactured by MedRad/MRE Inc. The items to be purchased are: 1. one (1) each of product #MRE 70200, Model 9500 Multigas Monitor, includes Pulse Oximetry, ECG and NIBP, 2. two (2) each of product #95298, Model 2500 Fiber Optic ECG Gating Module (the second cable will be a two (2) lead-off ECG patient module), 3. one (1) each of product #MRE 70270, End-tidal CO2 Module, 4. one each of product #MRE 70100, Remote Display and Control, 5. one (1) each of product #MRE 70085, Thermal Strip Printer, 6. one (1) each of product #MRE 95396, Model 2500 Intface ECG Gating Cable (GE), 7. one (1) each of product #INS 9500, Installation of model 9500 monitor, to include the following options: a. one (1) each of product #MRE 90206, 180 FT. Remote Control, and Display Substitute cables, b. one (1) each of product #MRE 71112, Swing Arm Wall Mount for 9500, c. one (1) each of product #MRE 71113, Model 9500 Remote Control Display Swing Arm Wall Mount. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 3826 and the Size Standard is 500 employees for this requirement. There are no small business set-aside restrictions for this requirement. This acquisition is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures. Interested vendors capable of furnishing the government with the products in this synopsis should submit two (2) copies of a quotation to the below address. The quotation shall include the itemized price, prompt payment terms, the F.O.B. Point (Destination or Origin), Taxpayer Identification Number (TNN), Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNs), and descriptive literature of the product quoted. The quotation must reference _Solicitation number_ NHLBI-PS-00-663. Quotations will be due fifteen (15) calendar days from the publication date of this synopsis or September 19, 2000 by 8:30 a.m. local time, whichever is later. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. Quotations must be submitted in writing to the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute, Contracts Operations Branch, Procurement Section, 6701 Rockledge Drive, Bethesda, MD 20892-7902, Attention: Deborah Coulter. Fax quotations will only be accepted if dated and signed by an authorized company representative.
