Description

The purpose of this modification is to respond to questions made at the site-visit held for this solicitation, and to extend the response date. The questions and responses are informational for all potential bidders. 1. In regards to the wireless Touch Panel, does the customer desire (a) A handheld LCD, with black and white display or color display, or (b) A handheld pushbutton? Response: Handheld color display pushbutton remote. 2. Is the existing Creston touch panel to remain? It is assumed the new wireless touch panel will have the same functionality as the existing. Is this correct? Response: Yes, the existing Creston touch panel is to remain. Yes, the new wireless touch panel will have the same functionality as the existing. 3. We understand your intentions are to utilize the Smartboards as projection screens. Will they be directly connected to their respective projector, or is any switching capability desired? Response: Switching capability is desired, information from the Smartboards should be able to be saved to the computer hard drive. The response date is changed to 8 Sep 00.
