Description

This is Amendment A0003 for RFQ Ref# F8320002170100. The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the extended warranty requirement , to correct the quantities of each item requested, to clarify acceptable method for submitting quotes. 1. Change "Three year limited warranty plus two year extended warranty on parts, labor and backlight" to read "With a three year limited manufacturer warranty by viewsonic and an additional two year limited warranty on parts, labor and backlight to be supplied by the offeror". 2. Change the quantity from "(10)ten VP151 15" monitors" to read "(14)fourteen VP151 15" monitors". 3. Change the quantity from "(14) VP181 18" monitors" to read "(10)ten VP181 18" monitors". 4. Change "No electronic offers will be accepted" to read "Offers may be submitted by Fax, hand delivery, or electronically signed e-mail". 5.
