Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to award a contract for Renoir software (quantity -- 3 each) and the Renoir NL Initial Maintenance (1 year). This software includes the following features: Integrate revision control, Generates block diagrams and flow-charts from HDL descriptions in VHDL and Verilog, Generates HDL descriptions in VHDL or Verilog from user generated block diagrams and flow charts., Generates state diagrams and flow charts, Generates HDL descriptions from user generated state diagrams, Maintains projects in hierarchal fashion in HDL or graphical form, User extendable functionality via perl scripting, and has the ability to analyze dependencies and compile HDL descriptions in proper order. Do not substitute brand names. Delivery is to be made to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Bldg. 125, Dahlgren, VA by 01 October 2000. Minimum Requirement Methodology -- Proposals must meet the minimum requirements stated above. Evaluation will be based on price and required delivery schedule. Award is anticipated 15 September 2000 and will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. The Contractor shall provide a copy of their warranty and any descriptive literature, brochures, etc., with their proposal. The offer must: (1) be for the item described above; (2) be FOB Destination to this Center; (3) include the proposed delivery schedule and the discount/payment terms and warranty duration (4) must be signed by an authorized company representative; (5) include name of authorized negotiator along with telephone number, facsimile number and e-mail address (if available); and (7) include their taxpayer identification number (TIN), Cage Code Number and DUNS number. This procurement is rated DO-A7.
