Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to B. Erad and Associates, Reston, VA, to develop a simulation of the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) participation rate (the percentage of eligible households who apply for and receive the credit) for a more recent year of 1996 or later. In addition, the project will provide a profile of participants and nonparticipants of the EITC program based on an econometric analysis of TCMP data. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirement shall submit written quotations within 15 days from the published date of this announcement. This is 100% small business set-aside for small business concerns. No solicitation will be issued, therefore such requests for solicitations will be considered non responsive. All quotes shall include price(s); FOB Point; a POC (Name and Telephone number); GSA number if applicable; business size and payment terms.
