Description

The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for engineering and technical support which includes systems engineering (hardware and software), systems analysis (hardware and software) data collection and analysis, and database management for Electronic Warfare Support Measures (ESM). Major task areas include but are not limited to the following: ES Receiver Design and Fabrication Support, ES Receiver Repair, ES Data Collection and Analysis Support, Mechanical Design Support, ES Digital Receiver Development Support and ES System Architecture Development and Assessment. The period of performance is for one (1) year with four (4) one (1) year option periods. NRL anticipates awarding a CPFF Term Contract for approximately 34,000 hours per year. Incumbent contractor is ITT Systems, INC., 4410 E. Fountain Blvd., Box 15012, Colorado Springs, CO 80935. Onsite personnel need to obtain secret level security clearances. The Naval Research Laboratory uses Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue RFPs and amendments to RFPs. A detailed statement of work will be issued with the solicitation. This solicitation and any amendments to it will be available via the Internet at the URL address shown below. Paper copies of the RFP will not be provided. Numbered Note 26 applies.
