Description

The Mid-Pacific Region, U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, is soliciting for a contractor to develop and implement an appropriate Risk Managment Stratgy (RMS) for the CALFED Levee Program. A sample of tasks to be performed are as follows: Assemble a Levee Risk Assessment Team; Levee Risk Assessment Team Management; Development of a Draft Risk Managment Analysis Work Plan; Final RMA Work Plan; Conduct Risk Mangement analysis and Prepare Draft RMA Report; Final RMA Report; Develop a Risk Managment Strategy and Documentation; Meetings and Presentations; Prepare Contract Memorandum; and Project Controls. Technical proposals must be submitted and will be evaluated in addition to prices. Tradeoffs will be made among cost/price and non-cost factors; the Government may accept other than the lowest priced offer. The SIC code under which this procurement will be conducted is 8999, the size standard for which is $5.0M in annual receipts averaged over the past three years.
