Description

The U.S. Secret Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Lockheed/Martin Air Traffic Management, PO Box 645525, St. Paul, MN 92152 for a Mirror Site Transition (MST) Project. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Solicitation package is not available. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The Government will consider all proposals received with 7 calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis in the Electronic Posting System (FedBizOpps, http://www.eps.gov). A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement on a full and open competitive bases upon receipt of responses to this notice, is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
