Description

The DOE/AL is planning to award a purchase order on a sole source basis for the development of a computer model for the Enriched Uranium Master Nuclear Schedule. This procurement action is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The intended source is Michael K. Silber of Albuquerque, NM. The anticipated award date is September 30, 2000. The period of performance will be about two years. The services required will be on site at the DOE/AL complex. The sole source is based on the fact that Mr. Silber will be completing the development of the computer modeling already started under a previous contract. See numbered Note 22.
