Description

This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. The SIC code is 7378 with a size standard of less than $18 million. This is a time and material type solicitation. Contractor is to provide maintenance and repair services on a time and material basis, for miscellaneous ADP equipment located at the VA Medical Center 7305 N. Military Trail West Palm Beach, Florida 33410, in accordance with RFP 548-00-18. Equipment includes scanners, printers, PC's, and other various types of equipment. Period of performance shall be October 1, 200 through September 30, 2001 with four (4) option years for renewal. Solicitation packages shall be issued on or about 9/8/00. All requests for solicitation must be made in writing. When requesting solicitation documents, reference the RFP number and include the firm's name, address, phone number and point of contact. No fax or phone requests will be honored. ALL PREVIOUS BIDDERS FROM CANCELLED IFB 548-00-02 SHALL AUTOMATICALLY BE SENT A COPY OF THIS SOLICITATION.
