Description

This is a notice of contract action 15 days before an issuance of a solicitation. Solicitation N00168-01-Q-0514 will be issued 18 September 2000 for the Environmental Programs, Facilities Management Department, National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, Maryland. The standard industrial classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is 3341. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The requirement is for the necessary supervision, labor, material and equipment to provide silver recovery and PH neutralization for eleven (11)X-ray and five (5) photo (color and black and white) processing systems located throughout the National Naval Medical Center as identified in contract specifications and statement of work. Statement of work provides detailed contract requirements for waste effluent neutralization testing, reporting requirements and other related work to be performed. Award will be made in the form of a purchase order for the period from date of award through 30 September 2001.
