J-Preventative maintenance and engineering support for the Utility Monitoring and Control System (UMCS)located at Fort Eustis, VA. This announcement constitutes the Government's intent to award a contract on a sole-source basis to Johnson Controls, Inc., 2730 Ayliff Road, Norfolk, VA 23513. Period of performance for the base year is projected to begin on 1 December 2000 and end on 30 November 2001 with four option years.
