Description

The Federal Prison Camp, Maxwell Air Force Base, Montgomery, AL is soliciting written quotations for Medical Assistant Services. The contract period will include a base and four one year option periods; base year: 10/01/00 -- 9/30/01; option year 1: 10/01/01-09/30/02; option year 2: 10/01/02-09/30/03; option year 3: 10/01/03-09/30/04; option year 4: 10/01/04-09/30/05. the estimated number of sessions is 30 one-hour sessions per week, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. -- 12:00 noon, for a total of 1,560 sessions per performance period. The government intends to award a fixed price contract. This requirement is set aside for small business concerns. No telephone requests will be accepted.
