Description

The Federal Prison Camp, Maxwell Air Force Base, Montgomery, AL is soliciting written quotations for Optometrist Services. The contract period will include a base and four one year option periods; base period: 10/01/00 through 9/30/01; option year 1: 10/01/01 through 9/30/02; option year 2: 10/01/02 through 09/30/03; option year 3: 10/1/03 through 09/30/04; option year 4: 10/01/04 through 09/30/05. The estimated number of sessions is 20 one-hour sessions per month, normally scheduled Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. -- 4:00 p.m. The government intends to award a fixed price contract.
