Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for noncommercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00164-00-Q-0333 applies and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19 and DCN 20000817. The standard industrial code is 8711 and the business size standard is $2.5 million (annual revenues). This requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001 Engineering and Technical Services in accordance with Statement of Work, Contract Data Requirements List, Data Item Description and DD254 which are available for downloading in MSWord 97 or to view in .pdf format. This is a sole source requirement to Indiana Pro Tech, RR1, Box 200, Williams, IN. Indiana Pro designed the ULM-4 URMITT Tracker and performed Electromagnetic Interference analysis of several SLQ-32 key components. Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination. The period of performance is 1 November 00 through 30 October 01. Final inspection will be at NSWC CRANE. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the Agency. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
