Description

The Defense Supply Service-Washington, on behalf of The Joint Staff, The Pentagon, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with BIOS Group, LP, 317 Paseo De Peralta, Santa Fe, NM, for a Phase 2 and optional Phase 3 research effort to conduct work to develop an agent-based Counter Drug simulation tool that will utilize complex adaptive systems concepts, methodologies and techniques. This notice is issued under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(ii). These phases follow a concept design developed by BIOS Group, LP, and expands on the original work. This notice is for informational purposes only and no solicitation will be issued. Interested parties must submit a capabilities statement describing their ability to meet this requirement by the specified date. Responses must be received by email no later than 11 September 2000, 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
