Description

Annualized term contract for production of 4 different single-sheet forms for Selective Service. Orders will be one or more times per year, quantities per order between 500,000 and 700,000. Forms print on 100 lb. tag and 24 lb. xerographic laser finish copier paper. Forms print in four color process, and 1 and 2 Pantone colors. Printed prior to production samples are required. All forms must be printed on web offset presses with inline perforating wheels. Do not attempt to bid without complete specifications.
