Description

Under the authority of Section 4202 of the Clinger Cohen Act of 1996 the VA Medical Center, Cleveland, OH proposes to enter into a non-competitive contract with Linkage Inc., One Forbes Road, Lexington, MA 02421 to provide a Series of 4 Satellite Programs on Leadership which are of their copyright. The Series features John Kotter, Ken Blanchard, Ann Richards and Stephen Covey in Live, Interactive Programs developed by Linkage, Inc. Due to the unique, complex and proprietary nature of this procurement, there is a reasonable basis to conclude that the supplies/services required are only available from this source with unique capabilities, and no other type of supplies/services will satisfy agency requirements. The contract period is 15 September through 30 December 2000. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, but all quotations received within the due date for receipt of quotations shall be ocnsidered.
