Description

The original solicitation is ammended to add the additional work. When responding to the solicitation, please ensure that you acknowledge receipt of this modification. The additional work is as follows: Selected vendor shall provide a minimum of one (1) person for security for the General Session meeting room, at the meeting venue, from adjournment of the Session each afternoon until one (1) hour prior to the beginning of the Session the following morning. Based on the current Conference agenda, 44 hours of security are calculated to be required (Quantity 14 hours -- September 19 530PM until September 20 730AM, Quantity 15 hours -- September 20 430PM until September 21 730AM, Quantity 15 hours -- September 21 500PM until September 22 800AM). The uniformed, security officers to be used shall be off-duty State or Local municipality law enforcement officers licensed to carry firearms. There are no other changes to the solicitation. The proposals still require to be sent in to the contracting office by 4:30 pm on Sept 5, 2000.
