Description
The General Services Administration is seeking seven to eight acres of land for development of an office building and related spaces. Offered properties must be zoned for office use. Offered properties must be located within the following general delineated area located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. North Boundary: Paseo Del Norte between Jefferson and Louisiana. East Boundary: South on Louisiana from Paseo Del Norte to Candelaria. Candelaria east to Wyoming. Wyoming south to I-40. South Boundary: I-40, starting at Wyoming, west to Carlisle. Carlisle south to Indian School Road. Indian School Road west to University Boulevard. University Boulevard south to Coal. Coal west to 6th Street. West Boundary: South on Jefferson from Paseo Del Norte to Osuna Road. West on Osuna to Chappell. South on Chappell to Mission Avenue. West on Mission Avenue to Union Way Drive. South on Union Way Drive to Alexander Boulevard. Continue south on Alexander Boulevard to the intersection of Comanche and I-25. I-25 south to Central. Central west to Broadway. Broadway north to Mountain Road. Mountain Road west to 6th Street. 6th Street south to Coal. Owners, brokers or agents may offer sites for consideration.
