Description

Project scope shall include general, architectural, mechanical, and electrical trades to renovate approximately 1,000 SF of space located on the first floor of Building #28 and 300 SF of space located on the fourth floor of Building #1. Work will include demolition of walls, floor covering and ceiling tiles and the installation of new walls, floor covering and ceiling tiles. Portions of the job will include work on evenings, weekends and holidays to minimize disruption of normal business functions. Phasing will be as shown on plans and described in specifications and will be coordinated with a VA representative. The construction cost for the project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. Total construction time shall be 150 days. Solicitation packages will be available on September 18, 2000. Bid opening date will be September 28, 2000.
