Description

(I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in sub-part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) Solicitation F02601-00-T0436 is being issued as a request for quotation. (III) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. (IV) This requirement is being synopsized as a small business set-aside under standard industrial classification code 3621, size standard 1,000 employees. (V) Line item 0001, 70 Cans of Roof Coating. Line item 0002 Fiberglass insulation kit. Line item 0003 Roof Drain Kit. Line item 0004 Type IV Asphalt. (VII) Deliver by 30 September 00. Place of delivery: CE Supply Store/GOCESS, Building 5320, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707. F.O.B. POINT IS DESTINATION. (VIII) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items applies.
