17. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this procurement is F09607-00-0386 and is issued as a Request for Quotation This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-15, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 96-2. The solicitation is 100% small business set-aside. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3661. The small business size is 500. The BID SCHEDULE shall be for Line Item 0001: URC-200 Transceiver, (URC 200) and O&M manual. Motorola P/N 01-P36744M001 or equal, Qty: 2. Line Item 2: PTMP-150 Hand microphone, Motorola P/N 50-P39208N001, Qty: 2. Line Item 3: UVU-200 Antenna, Basestation, Motorola P/N 85-P35990M001, Qty: 2. Line item 4: UAC-100: AC Power Supply for URC-200 only. Motorola P/N 01-P35860M001 or equal. Line item 5: UEC-220: Remote control unit with 30/90 MHz, 400-420 MHz, Private Line, 5 Hhz, and URC-500 compatibility. Controls two radios. Qty: 2. Motorola P/N 01-P36009M010 or equal. Line Item 5: URE-U-A10-LLL-YY: Cable for URC-200 to remote accessory (LLL=User defined cable length between radio and remote control unit and speaker. Standard Length: LLL=20ft, YY=4 ft. Qty: 1. DELIVERY: Delivery is required by 30 days ARO and shall be delivered to 19 AF DET 1 (AETC)-F19ADT, 8219 Knights Way, Room 107, Moody AFB GA 31699. FOB POINT: Destination. Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Request for Proposal should be submitted and shall contain the following information: SOLICITATION NUMBER; TIME SPECIFIED FOR RECEIPT OF OFFERS; NAME; ADDRESS; TELEPHONE NUMBER OF OFFEROR; TERMS OF THE EXPRESSED WARRANTY; PRICE, ANY DISCOUNT TERMS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ALL SOLICITATION AMENDMENTS. Proposal shall also contain all other documentation specified herein. Signed proposals must indicate quantity, unit price and total amount. Offerors shall include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions and provisions included in the solicitation. Offerors that fail to furnish the required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. PERIOD OF ACCEPTANCE OF OFFERORS: The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers, unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the solicitation.
