Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00164-00-Q-0312 applies and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17 and DCN 20000606. The standard industrial code is 3629 and the business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001; Qty 15, Amplifier Enclosure Houses, to be built IAW GRYPHON Technologies Drawing No. GT-002-001; CLIN 0002; Qty 6, Amplifier Enclosure Houses, to be built IAW GRYPHON Technologies Drawing No. GT-002-002 which are available for downloading at address listed below. Delivery is required F.O.B. Crane, IN 47522 within 9 weeks after award. Final inspection and acceptance will be at NSWC Crane. Selection for award will be based on past performance and price. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the Agency. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
