Description

See numbered notes 1, 9, 13, and 26. This request for RFQ is for the Green Fabric Bag, NSN 8340-01-337-7234 which shall be manufactured in accordane wih Specification number MIL-T-44400 dated 4/11/91, amended 2/11/91. The last award price was $74.89 and that was dated 1999. DSCP will require a quantity of 200 green fabric bags within this purchase order. There will be one delivery 150 days after the date of award. Destination is Defense Distribution Depot Barstow, CA. All materials will be furnished by the awardee. FAR Part 12 procedures will not be used. This RFQ will be a total small business set-aside.
