- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability to provide Residential Community Corrections Center Services for adult female and male federal offenders held under various United States statutes. Services required include subsistence, care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment to include furnishing medical treatment. The services for Community Corrections Center shall be performed in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work, Community Corrections Center, 2000. Multiple awards may be made from this solicitation. The place(s) of performance must be within one of the following counties in the state of Minnesota: Hennepin, Dakota or Ramsey. An Indefinite Quantity Type contract with a one(1) year base period and four(4) one(1) year option periods is anticipated. The estimated number of inmate days for line item one, Community Corrections Center(CCC) services for the base period is 7,300 minimum/25,550 maximum, option year one -- 7,300 minimum/25,550 maximum, option year two -- 7,300 minimum/25,550 maximum, option year three -- 7,300 minimum/25,550 maximum and option year four -- 7,300 minimum/25,550 maximum. The estimated number of inmate days for line item two, Community Corrections Center(CCC) services for the base period is 1,825 minimum/2,190 maximum, option year one -- 1,825 minimum/2,190 maximum, option year two -- 1,825 minimum/2,920 maximum, option year three -- 1,825 minimum/4,380 maximum, and option year four -- 1,825 minimum/5,840 maximum. The estimated breakdown of males/females is 80% males, 20% females. The government will satisfy the minimum requirements with male inmates, females inmates or any combination thereof. The estimated performance date is October 1, 2001. The estimated issue date for the Request for Proposals(RFP)200-0633-NC is October 10, 2000. The estimated closing date for RFP200-0633-NC is December 11, 2000. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency.
