Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability to provide Residential Community Corrections Center(CCC) services for male and female Federal offenders held under various United States statutes in St. Louis County, Minnesota. Services must be performed in the county of St. Louis, Missouri. Services required include subsistence, care, custody, control, accountability and treatment to include furnishing medical treatment. The services for Community Corrections Center services shall be performed in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work, Community Corrections Center(CCC), 2000. A Firm-Fixed-Price-Requirements type contract with a two year base period and three one year options is anticipated. The estimated number of inmate days for the two year base period is 4,380. The estimated number of inmate days for option year one is 2,555. The estimated number of inmate days for option year two is 2,920. The estimated number of inmate days for option year three is 3,285. The estimated breakdown for males and females is 84 percent male and 16 percent female. The estimated date for performance to begin is October 1, 2001. The estimated issue date for the Request for Proposals(RFP)200-0632-NC is October 10, 2000. The estimated closing date for RFP200-0632-NC is December 11, 2000.
