Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions under a new Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-00-G-5240 with Raytheon Company, Electronic Systems, Naval and Maritime Integrated Systems, 1847 West Main Road, Portsmouth, RI 02871-1087. Orders will be issued for the material and services required for the maintenance and repair of AN/SPS-73, including sub-assemblies and components. Individual orders placed under this BOA shall be synopsized, when required. Individual orders placed under this BOA will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1). Raytheon Company, Electronic Systems, Naval and Maritime Integrated Systems is the manufacturer of AN/SPS-73 and the only known company with the technical qualifications; design and production knowledge and necessary resources to perform the work described herein.
