ADVERTISEMENT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RFP #00-020 GENERAL COUNSEL LEGAL SERVICES The St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA), St. Petersburg, Florida, is requesting proposals from qualified, responsible firms interested in providing General Counsel legal services to SPHA in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD). PROPOSED SCHEDULE September 3 & 10, 2000 Advertise Request For Proposals September 5, 2000 Request For Proposal Documents ready for pick-up September 19, 2000 Pre-Proposal Conference A pre-proposal conference will be held at the St. Petersburg Housing Authority's Administrative Office located at 3250 5th Ave. N., St. Petersburg, FL, 33713 at 10:00 a.m. Although not mandatory, it is strongly recommended that all interested Proposers attend. September 28, 2000 Proposals are due by 10:00 a.m. October 4 & 5, 2000 Interviews with finalists (if necessary) If you are interested in submitting a proposal, please fax your request for a RFP package to (727) 323-3226 Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. You may also pick-up a copy in person at 3250 5th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33713 from Ms. Lori Allen during the same days and hours. SPHA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL PROPOSALS IF SUCH ACTION IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY AND TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL INFORMALITIES AND MINOR IRREGULARITIES.
